Asset Suite for Asset and Work Management is performance proven. It allows you to:
- Define and track all of your assets, including stationary, mobile and dispersed assets.
- Establish preventive, predictive and condition-based push maintenance programs to extend asset life and improve reliability.
- Plan, schedule and manage those maintenance programs.
Asset Suite manages all aspects of your asset portfolio, including tracking its history, creating detailed Bills of Materials, managing all work order planning and scheduling and deploying your service workforce.
Some of the key functions of Asset Suite with regard to Assets and Work include the ability to:
- Record comprehensive information for each asset, including descriptions, drawings, technical information, inspection readings or limits, meter readings, cost and maintenance history and more.
- Assign each asset an individual bill of material or library of parts used on the asset. When planning a work order, you can access the bill of materials to determine required parts and quantities.
- Manage your workforce (either external or internal) at the crew, craft, supervisory or planning level. Manage shifts, including varying length shifts, overlapping shifts and shift rotations.
- Attach documents and parts lists to work orders, including diagrams, manuals, receipts, permits, and special instructions or notes.
- Schedule both preventive and predictive maintenance. Use actual results to update model work order estimates.
- Create, plan and schedule work orders. Create work order folders and route them for review and approval. Schedule work orders manually or automatically.
- Use the graphical user interface to manage your program and view a high-level look at work orders, labor allocations and more.
- Use electronic time sheets to capture work by asset, work order, project or general ledger account.
- Use the project tracking module to track large scale projects such as major shutdowns or turnarounds.
- Use warranty tracking to assess whether a call to the vendor should be made instead of scheduling maintenance work.
