Now Asset Suite offers asset tracking for mobile and dispersed assets and a highly tailored user interface to provide easier access to asset management information across organizations. It offers two types of page views within one powerful solution. There's a baseline set of pages with the full functionality for power users, plus, a Library of Tailored Pages containing simplified versions of the most commonly used capabilities in the product. More than 200 pre-configured pages have been specifically designed to help streamline work management, inventory, purchasing, accounts payable, contract management, and action tracking business processes. In addition, these pages can be further tailored to meet specific user, department or business needs.
For enterprises that require work by technicians in the field, Integration Suite supports the scheduling and dispatching of asset related tasks using the Service Suite mobile workforce management system. These tasks originate in Asset Suite, with Integration Suite providing a baseline link between the applications that can be deployed quickly and minimizes the total cost of ownership.
You can customize Asset Suite to meet the enterprise business requirements using Compose for Asset Suite. Compose enables the easy tailoring of Asset Suite pages with a view to the services and business logic of the enterprise. Using a Graphical User Interface (GUI) with drag & drop and cut & paste capabilities, Asset Suite pages may be tailored to address specific enterprise business processes. Compose eliminates the need to understand XML schema, and reduces the time and cost to maintain the software application.
