Membership to the support portals is available to licensed users. Each portal provides:
- Access to customer support for all Ventyx solutions
- Opportunities to engage in customer communities and forums
- Detailed product release information and downloads
During 2012, we will be integrating our customer care solutions to a unified platform run by Salesforce.com, which is currently enjoyed by legacy Ventyx customers. The upgrade will also include additional telecom / routing functionality with our systems already integrated with Salesforce.com.
